Description

The role primarily involves property maintenance but also includes janitorial duties.

This means that together with a property team, you will ensure daily operations, work with supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting measures in Arjeplog Municipality's property portfolio.

The work is independent, challenging, and involves contact with contractors, tenants, and property managers. You should be able to see opportunities, suggest improvements, and structure and plan your own work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-sufficient, handy, and problem-solving person with experience in property maintenance/janitorial work. We prefer that you have the necessary education or equivalent experience. You enjoy varied tasks and have a service-oriented approach to your work. You are also used to working independently with customer contacts.

If you have further education in operational technology or equivalent technical training, control and regulation, ventilation, or qualifications in electricity and heating/cooling, this is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
